Our step-by-step production system ensures that each micro surgical instrument meets the highest international standards — from raw material to final packaging.
➤ 1. Raw Material Selection
We use only premium-grade materials — including Grade 5 Titanium and 420/440C Surgical Stainless Steel — chosen based on customer specifications and instrument application.
➤ 2. Precision Cutting
Raw materials are shaped using advanced Laser Cutting and Wire CNC Machines, ensuring dimensional accuracy for each component.
➤ 3. CNC Milling & Machining
Components are further refined using milling, lathe, and knurling machines to develop ergonomic handles and mechanical precision in each piece.
➤ 4. Grinding & Manual Shaping
Initial grinding is done to rough-shape each tool. Then, our skilled craftsmen shape delicate tips and joints by hand — especially in micro forceps and scissors.
➤ 5. Heat Treatment & Tempering
Instruments are hardened through heat treatment and tempering to achieve the required toughness and flexibility, ensuring long-term performance during surgical use.
➤ 6. Final Tip Refinement & Hand-Filing
After hardening, each instrument undergoes hand-filing and tip refinement for perfect alignment and micro-precision – especially critical for ophthalmic surgery.
➤ 7. Surface Finishing & Polishing
Multiple polishing stages, including electropolishing and mirror or matte finish, ensure an elegant, corrosion-resistant surface that meets surgical standards.
➤ 8. Passivation & Cleaning
Each instrument is passivated in cleanroom conditions to remove impurities and enhance corrosion resistance — ready for sterile surgical environments.
➤ 9. Final Inspection & Quality Control
Every product is individually inspected by trained professionals under magnification to verify alignment, sharpness, and function — ensuring zero defects.
➤ 10. Packaging & Dispatch
We provide OEM/private label packaging on request. Instruments are sealed, labeled, and packed with traceability data in compliance with ISO and CE standards.
